House Rules
Please treat this home as if it was your own! We took great pride into preparing our home for guest use, please take care when opening and closing drapes, clean up any spills right away and let us know if anything becomes damaged. This is strictly a smoke free property. Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited. Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted on the property. Service animals must be disclosed when booking. We do not allow parties at our property and expect the amount of guests staying in the home to be the same as agreed to upon booking. Other Details to Note
The "basement" area features a cooler packing station, a basketball game, a card table as well as a bathroom so a toilet can be accessed at beach level. The basement is not undergrounds but at beach level. We are currently building a bedroom on this level which will be ready by May 2026
